Refund Policy
At Giant Brand Solutions, we strive to deliver exceptional service. Refunds are handled as follows:
1. Advance Payments
- Booking advances are non-refundable once event planning has commenced.
2. Cancellation by Client
- If cancellation is made 30 days before the event: Partial refund may be considered after deducting planning and vendor costs.
- If cancellation is made within 15 days of the event: No refund will be provided.
3. Cancellation by Company
If we are unable to conduct the event due to unavoidable circumstances, the client will receive a refund after deducting non-recoverable vendor expenses.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
